Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

A full privacy policy will live here before public launch. Until then, the short version: we collect the email you give us, the floor plans you upload, and the projects you create. We use that data only to run the product for you, and we never sell it. Questions, write to support@areasum.com.au.

Plans you send for a free takeoff are used only to do that takeoff, and are deleted after 90 days.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies to see how people find AreaSum and whether our ads are working. Google collects things like your browser, the pages you view and your approximate location, and processes it in the US. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on or Ads Settings. Questions: support@areasum.com.au.
