Per-room area

Per-room area in m²

Close the polygon, get the m². No calculator step, no manual entry, no math by hand.

Linear metres per edge

Every wall length reported in metres alongside the area. Skirting, scotia, transitions in the quote from version one.

PDF takeoff from the source plan

Drop in the PDF, set scale by clicking two points of a known length, trace rooms within a minute.

Multi-page plans with rolled totals

Two-storey houses, commercial fitouts, mixed-scale drawings. Each page its own canvas, one project total.

Wastage applied per material

Carpet wastage is not vinyl wastage, and tile takes its figure from the lay pattern. Apply the right percentage per room without rebuilding the totals.

Quote-ready PDF export

The original floor plan as the background, your measurements drawn over the top as crisp vectors, a per-material summary on the cover page.

Tiles, boxes, grout and adhesive

Give each room a tile product, a surface and a lay pattern. The report comes back with tiles, boxes, grout bags and adhesive bags, ready to order in one batch.

See it work on a real floor plan

A few minutes from sign-in to your first measured room. No card needed to start the trial.
