Common pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start; you only enter card details if you decide to keep going past the trial. The trial runs at Pro level — fifteen projects, every feature including carpet cut planning — so you can test the whole workflow on a real job before committing.
What happens if I exceed the project limit on my plan?
Active project counts roll, not stack. Archive projects you have already quoted to free up slots, or upgrade in one click — your data stays put. We will not block you mid-quote.
How does per-user billing work?
Standard is $49 AUD per user/month; Pro is $99 AUD per user/month and adds carpet cut planning. Your whole organisation sits on one plan, and the bill is that price times the number of people on the account. Add or remove someone whenever you need — the change shows up on your next invoice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your settings and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Your project data is yours to export at any time.
Do you do annual billing?
On request. Email us if you want an annual invoice or purchase order arrangement instead of monthly card billing.
