Running a 20-plus seat estimating team and need a custom arrangement? We do bespoke Enterprise deals for flooring retailers and franchise networks. Common pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start; you only enter card details if you decide to keep going past the trial. The trial gives you three projects and the full feature set so you can test the workflow on a real job before committing.
What happens if I exceed the project limit on my tier?
Active project counts roll, not stack. Archive projects you have already quoted to free up slots, or upgrade in one click — your data stays put. We will not block you mid-quote.
Does inviting a teammate change my bill?
Not under the current plan structure — pricing is set by active project volume for the whole organisation, not by how many people are on the account. If that ever changes, we will tell existing customers clearly and give fair notice before it affects them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your settings and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Your project data is yours to export at any time.
Do you do annual billing?
On request. Email us if you want an annual invoice or purchase order arrangement instead of monthly card billing.
