Steps

  1. Totals, in the sidebar, has one row per flooring type on the current page, with its number of rooms.
  2. The first figure is what the rooms measure: lineal metres for Carpet and Vinyl Sheet, m² for everything else.
  3. Once a wastage is set, the line under it reads "+10% = …": the measured total plus wastage.
  4. Click a boxed type and enter its box size to see Boxes and Ordered: the boxes you buy, which always cover the total with wastage.
  5. Carpet shows the fit allowance too. Roll width minus fit allowance is the width it is laid at, e.g. 4 m less 0.1 lays at 3.9 m.
  6. Select a room to see its own figure in the room panel: Area for m² rooms, Linear metres for Carpet and Vinyl Sheet.
